Account Recovery

First, tell us which role your account belongs to.

Enter your admin email address to verify your account.

Staff Recovery

Request a temporary password

Ask your admin to reset your account. They will generate a temporary password for you to use.

Contact the administrator and request a password reset for your front desk account.

The admin will navigate to Staff Management and reset your password, generating a temporary one.

Use that temporary password to log in. You will be prompted to set a personal password right away.
